Warranty
This limited warranty covers the top and bottom parts of
the Lumbar Extender® multiple-level
back stretching device against any defects that are due to faulty material
or workmanship for a five year period after the original
date of consumer purchase.
Warranty
Conditions
If the top or bottom part of the Lumbar Extender® should
become defective within the warranty period, SMC will replace
the unit free of charge and transport
the unit to the consumer free of charge, provided the consumer- purchaser
does all of the following:
1.
Contact SMC customer service at 1-877-733-3117 for a return
authorization
number and
1. shipping instructions.
2. Deliver
the defective unit to SMC postage prepaid;
3. Provide proof of original purchase date (please save your
sales slip or cancelled check to
3. establish date of purchase);
and
4. Provide a short explanation of how the Device broke
with the consumer-purchaser’s
name,
4. mailing address and telephone number.
Warranty
Limitations And Exclusions
Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular
purpose and merchantability (an unwritten warranty that
the product is fit for
ordinary
use) are limited
to the time periods noted above. The above-noted warranty is the sole
and exclusive warranty extended by SMC, and SMC does not warrant the
Lumbar
Extender® multiple-level
back stretching device when not used for its intended purpose as indicated
in the UserÂ’s Guide or that is damaged by accident, fire,
flood or Act of God. SMC will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience,
loss
of use of
product or property damage caused by the product or any other consequential,
incidental or special damages.
State
Laws
Some state laws do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential
damages so the
above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal
rights which
vary from
state to state. Answers to any questions regarding this warranty
may be obtained by contacting SMC at 1-877-733-3117.

person should use the Lumbar Extender without first consulting
a qualified physician. |
